Common Questions
Property Renovations & Remodelling, answered
How much does a luxury renovation cost?
Every home is bespoke, so cost varies with the scale of works, the level of finish and how much architecture and structural work is involved. We provide a clear, open-book cost framework early on so you understand the investment before committing.
How long does a full renovation take?
A whole-house renovation typically runs from twelve to twenty-four months or more, depending on size and the extent of structural, heritage and planning work. We set a realistic programme at the outset and manage it to completion.
Do you cover design, build and project management?
Yes. Interior design, residential architecture and construction management are delivered under one roof, with single-point accountability — so a renovation never falls between trades.
Do you renovate listed and period properties?
Yes. Much of our work involves listed and period homes; our architects handle listed-building consent and conservation requirements as part of the renovation.
Planning a renovation?
Whether in town or country, we would be glad to discuss how we can take your renovation from survey to completion under one roof.
