Do you work with the Grosvenor Estate in Belgravia?
Much of Belgravia is held on long leases under the Grosvenor Estate, which sets its own consent and specification requirements alongside Westminster's planning and listed-building rules. We are familiar with these processes and manage the consents as part of the project.
What is the difference between a lateral apartment and a townhouse project?
A lateral apartment is usually a single-level reconfiguration within a mansion block or stuccoed terrace, while a townhouse involves multiple floors, vertical circulation and often a basement. Each calls for a different structural and design approach, both of which we handle.
Are most Belgravia homes listed?
