Out And About In Belsize Park
Pop & Pour aims to bring people together around food & wine. It’s a dinner series started in July this year, that is returning to the Ginger & White Cafe in Belsize Park next month for it’s winter season.
Created by friends; William Robertson (22 years a chef) and Thomas Lequy, who also has a background in the food industry, the duo have always enjoyed using their knowledge and experience of food and drink to provide great experiences for their friends.
Food is a subject that the boys understand well, and sustainability, local and seasonal products are important to them when elaborating on their menus. Their aim is work only with producers who share the same value as they do.
Every sine their trip back from Champagne, harvesting grapes, wine has become a big part of Pop & Pour concept. On a daily basis the boys are expanding their knowledge and discovering new treasures to provide in their events.
William and Thomas work with smaller importers that supply directly from the producers, and this allows them to showcase lesser known grape varieties, blends and producers from far and wide. Essentially, they do the hard work that guests enjoy.
The boys November pop-ups are already sold out, but if you fancy trying a different kind of gourmet experience then dates in December are still available to book.
